Online Duplicate Provisional Certificate Request

Procedure & Instructions:
  • Rs.150/- will be charged as a Provisional Certificate charges.
  • Fill the Duplicate Provisional Certificate Form carefully. Provisional Certificate will not be issued in case of any wrong information. Office will not be responsible in this case.
  • Provisional Certificate will be posted on the given postal address within 15 days.
  • Timing Schedule is as under:-
    • Summer Season
      • From 8:30 AM TO 1:00 PM
      • On Friday : From 8:30 AM TO 11:00 PM
    • Winter Season
      • From 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM
      • On Friday : From 9:00 AM TO 11:00 PM
  • After filling Provisional Certificate Request Form, check Online Status from Online Application Tracking.
