Availibility of forms: Admission forms can be obtained from all Branches of Allied Bank located within the jurisdiction of BISE Mardan OR from the board office.

Submission of completed forms: Regular candidates must submit through their affiliated institutions while private candidates must submit their forms to Board office by hand/registered post.
