Requirements for Registration / Affiliation

High School

•  Building Map (only one page plain drawn by an architect or draughts man).

•  School building stamp paper photocopy or in case of rental house 5 years lease stamp paper photocopy must be attached.

•  Assurance of at least 10 classrooms in school building.

•  In case of computer science subject assurance of computer lab with at least eight Pentium-II or P-III computers.

•  Assurance of separate laboratories of Physics, Chemistry and Biology practical.

•  Assurance of library including references books of all subjects (Science & Arts).

•  Assurance of Principal Office.

•  Assurance of staff room for teachers with bathroom.

•  Assurance of one bathroom for each 50 students.

• Assurance of Play Ground

•  Qualification for principal.

Principal must be B.Ed & M.A / MSc. / B.A / BSc. Degree holder.

•  Qualification & Number of teaching staff.

•  At least four M.A / MSc.+ B.Ed. teacher.

•  In case of drawing subject at least one (D.M) drawing master.

•  At least one P.E.T (Physical Education Teacher) JDP or SDP certificate holder or retired-armed personals.

•  Islamiyat teacher must be M.A Islamiyat .

•  Other teachers must be at least B.A/BSc. Or M.A/MSc. According to student's strength.

•  In case of computer science subject at least one computer teacher with MCS or MSc. Computer science.

•  Allied Bank slip of Rs. 6000/- on behalf of BISE, Mardan as fee for registration/affiliation along with covering letter.

•  Photo Copy of admission withdrawal register.

•  Teacher appointment rules

•  Staff salaries detail.

•  Staff educational statement.

•  Student's enrolment and total strength details.

•  School income and expenditure details.

•  Monthly and yearly school fee structure details.

•  School assets details. (Furniture, Computers etc).

•  Time table of all classes & Time table of all class teachers.

•  Library all available books detail.

•  Name list of Board of Governors & B.O.G meeting details (minutes).

Qualification for principal.

Principal must be B.Ed & B.A / BSc. Degree holder.

a. At least 2 FA / F.sc / B.A / B.sc + C.T teachers.

b. At least one (D.M) drawing master.

c. At least one P.E.T (Physical Education Teacher) JDP or SDP certificate holder or retired-armed personals.

d. Islamiyat teacher( T.T) ( Nazira Quran sanad must be attached).

e. Other teachers must be at least F.A / F.SC OR B.A / B.Sc.

f. In case of computer science subject at least one computer teacher with BCS or B.Sc. Computer science.

Qualification for teaching staff.

a. FA/FSc.+PTC teachers.

b. Islamiyat Teacher( T.T) ( Nazira Quran sand must be attached).

c. Other teachers must be at least FA / FSc.
