Reward and punishment system in Government Educational Institutions

Rewards for Excellent Result:

Principal/Headmaster/Headmistress (one per district) ……….. Rs.10, 000/-

Teachers (Two per District)…………………………………….Rs.5,000/-

 

Rewards and Punishment system in Educational Institutions

*. Grade Point Average (GPA) may be considered for selection of best teacher if many teachers show equal best result (pass %age)

*. Private schools showing 0 % result may be de-notified or their affiliation with BISE be cancelled by the respective board.

*. The Executive District Officer (education) should be censured OR entry made in their PERs if their district show poor results in the SSC exams.

*. The money for the reward to the best principals and two best subject teachers in each district will be provided by the respective BISE,s.

*. Teacher showing zero result in a subject consecutively for three years should first be censured, then down graded and on showing zero result again his services terminated after the third year.

 

Award of scholarship, Merit certificate and Medals

BISE Mardan like other boards in the province awards scholarships, merit certificates and medals in the honor of talented students on the result of SSC and HSSC annual Examinations.

Details are given below:-

*.Award of scholarship

1.SSC(Matric) level.

At SSC level scholarship is awarded to 20 position holders for the next two years if they take admission for higher studies in Pakistan , with the following breakup:

i) Top 17 position holders in science group.

ii) Top 3 position holders in Humanities group.

Note:- if there is no A1 grade holder in Humanities group, then these positions will be filled from science group.

Rates of Scolarship.

i)Rs.240/- per month for boarder students

ii)Rs.150/- per month for non-boarder students.

iii) Tuition fee at rate charged in Govt. Colleges.

iv)Rs.250/- for books once in the beginning.

2.HSSC(Inter) level .

At HSSC level scholarship is awarded for the full graduation/ professional course taken by student, with the following breakup:-

i)Pre medical group: Top 5 position holders

ii)Pre Engineering group: Top 5 position holders.

iii)Humanities group: Top 5 position holders.

iv) General Science group: Top 1 position holder.

v) Theology group: Top 1 position holder.

Rate of Scholarship :

i)Rs.330/- per month for boarder students.

ii)Rs.300/- per month for non-boarder students.

iii)Rs.500/- per Annum for books.

iv)Tution fee is paid at the follwing rates:

a)MBBS

1 st year = Rs.583/- per month

2 nd year = Rs.666/-per month

3 rd year = Rs.750/- per month

4 th year = Rs.833/- per month

5 th year = Rs.916/- per month

b)Engineering:

Rs.80/- per month

c)B.sc

Rs.30/- per month

d)B.A

Rs.25/- per month

 

*.Award of merit certificates:

1.SSC(Matric)

Merit certificates are issued to first 10 places in order of merit in SSC annual Examination.

2.HSSC(Inter)

Thirteen merit certificates are issued at inter level with the following breakup:

i)First three places in Humanities group.

ii) First three places in Pre-Medical group.

iii)First three places in General Science and Pre-Engineering group combined.

iv)First place in Islamic studies group.

v)First place in the remaining groups combined.

*Award of Medals:

1.SSC(Matric)

Two gold medals are awarded at SSC level.

i)one to top position holder among male candidates.

ii)one to top position holder among female candidates.

2.HSSC(Inter)

One gold medal, one silver medal and one bronze medal are awarded to top 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd position holders respectively in the following categories separately:

i)Pre medical group

ii)Pre Engineering group

iii)Humanities group

iv)Theology group

v) General Science group

 

Punishment to UFM cases:

1.

POSSESSION OF OBJECTIONABLE MATERIAL

Material is in possession of the candidate and

 

 

 

it has been physically copied in the Answer-Book

TWO EXAMS

8. IN CASE OF UFM IN MORE THAN ONE PAPER, THE PUNISHMENT BE AWARDED ONE EXAM PER PAPER I.E. ONE PAPER ONE EXAM, TWO PAPERS TWO EXAMS, THREE PAPERS THREE EXAMS AND SO ON FOR MAXIMUM FOUR EXAMS.

9. IN CASE OF UFM PUNISHMENT CASES OF PART-I INTER EXAM; THE SUPPLY EXAM WILL NOT BE COUNTED AS AN EXAM CHANCE.
